Abstract:
Objective To study the expressions of IL-8 mRNA, TSP-1 mRNA and their clinicopathologic significance in the breast cancer. Methods The expressions of IL-8 mRNA, TSP-1mRNA were detected by in situ hybridization technique on the 10% formalin-fixed and routinely paraffin-embedded sections of 58 breast cancer tissues and 15 lobular hyperplastic tissues of mammary gland.
