Abstract:
This article discusses the basic characteristics and essential ingredients of linguistic skills,furthermore it illustrates the special linguistic requirements of clinical medicine,such as properly encourging,respectfully listening,sincerely smiling etc.Medical staff should pay attention to the following details: (1)using rational and heartful language to express carefulness and friendship;(2)severing honestly;(3)using“body languge”correctly
