Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of bile in patients undergoing transduodenal sphincteroplasty (TSB) on the growth of human cholangiocarcinoma cell line QBC939 and the potential relation between transduodenal sphincteroplasty and cholangiocarcinoma. Methods TSB and normal bile (NB) sample were used for this study. The proliferative effect of bile was measured by using methabenzthiazuron (MTT) assay, and cell cycle and apoptosis were analyzed by using flow cytometry.
