Abstract:
The paper discusses several relationships that hospital directors must correctly handle. These include: relationship between the orientation of running the hospital and the implementation of the Party's general and specific policies, relationship with the higher authorities, relationship between the two chiefs, relationship with the deputies, relationship with the department heads, and relationship with the staff members.
