Abstract:
SARS is a crisis, which is not only a baptism to the Chinese nation,is but also a test to our health's regulatory regime, medical resource,crisis prevention technical level,et al.The author discussed preventive medicine's three Characteristics:gobality,holography,timely and its staff's moral responsibility.
