Abstract:
Face vagrant psychopaths,All hospitals must persist in both efficiency of society and benefits of patients.Doctors must cure them cannily according to humanitarian principle.At the same time,government must pay attention to the theme in legislaion.The folks of vagrant psychopaths must treat them with friendly attitude.
