Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effects of felodipine slow-released tablets on improving prethrombotic state of hypertensive patients.METHODS:Felodipine slow-released tablet(5mg)was given to36patients,q.d.for6weeks.Blood pressure,heart rate and hemostatic molecular markers including thromboxane B 2 (TXB 2 ),6-keto-prostglandin F 1?
