Abstract:
The promulgation of regulations of coping with public health affairs outbreak offers the powerful legal protection. In order to enhance the consciousness implementary, we must go along with futher discussion of ethical principle in the regulations. By doing this, we expect to enhance the responsibility, collaboration and dedication consciousness of people, then to prevent and control the occurrences of public health affairs outbreak effectively.
