Abstract:
Objective To Study the antiarrhythmic effects of oryzanol.Methods Twenty rats were randomly divided into two groups:oryzanol group and control group,ten rats in each.The rats in the oryzanol group were fed with oryzanol which was mixed into normal diet at a dose of 60mg?kg -1 ?d -1 for 4 days.The rats in the control group were fed with normal diet.Results The responses to noise interference and adrenaline in the oryzanol group and control group were as follows:⑴the heart rates were 299?72 beats/min,351?68 beats/min(P
