AIM: To explore the antitumor mechanisms of bifidobacteria adolescence in vivo. METHODS: The activity of NF-?B and its inhibiting protein I ?B? of large bowel carcinoma tissues was detected by using laser scanning confocal microscope and immunohistochemistry.
