Abstract:
AIM: To study the influence of glycine(GLY) on lipopolysaccharide-binding protein(LBP) mRNA expression induced by LPS. METHODS: The level of LBP mRNA expression in liver tissues of rats was examined by RT-PCR,and the effects of glycine on LBP mRNA expression in liver tissues of rats induced by LPS were investigated.
