Abstract:
AIM: The purpose of this study was to explore the expression of estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor(PR) mRNA in endometrium of rats with endometriosis. METHODS: The rat model of endometriosis was established, and the expression of ER, PR mRNA in the endometrium was examined by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).
