Abstract:
Objective To explore the role of ? chemotactic factor- MCP-1 in the pathogenesis of congestive heart failure by detecting its expression changes.Methods PBMCs were collected from 25 patients with congestive heart failure and 10 healthy controls. RT-PCR was used to detect the mRNA expression of MCP-1 in PBMCs.
