Abstract:
AIM: To study the activation of T cells from local lymph node and peripheral blood early after allotransplantation. METHODS: Transplant of myocardio-tissue into mouse forearm subcutaneously was used as a model to analyze the expression of CD69 by T subpopulations from draining lymph node and peripheral blood by flow cytometry.
