Abstract:
The right of privacy is an important human right.Because of the specialty of the medical treatment activity,it's very easy for medical workers to get the patients' privacy.Therefore,it seem to be particularly important that how to treat the patient'privacy.The author primarily studied the concept and importance of the right of privacy;the measure to protect the right of privacy;the restriction to the protection of the right of privacy.
