Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of perioperative intravenouse nutritional support on the cellular immune function in patients with gastric carcinoma(GC). Methods57 patients with GC were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=28) and the control group(n=29). Patients in the experiment group, intravenous nutrition was given 1 week before operation and the first week after operation. The total lymphocyte count, T cell subgroup(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+)and CD4+/ CD8+ ratio were observed and compared in the 2 groups.
