The number of SMC and 3HTdR incorporation of SMC were measured. Results PDGF induced the increases of the number of SMC and 3HTdR incorporation of SMC significantly, which were as 3fold and 2.5fold as those of the basic situation respectively. RSM,which was dosedependent, inhibited the increase of the number of SMC and 3HTdR incorporation of SMC in the basic and PDGF stimulated situations .
