Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the effect of fluvastatin on the tubule function of the patients with the nephrotic syndrome. Methods Fifty two patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group at random ,all patients were treated with the standard therapies and fluvastatin was added to the experimental group.Plasma albumin,serum cretinine,serum lipid profiles,24hr urinal protein and urinary RBP were examined before treatment and after 8 weeks in all patients.
