Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To prepare compound Zigui capsules METHODS:The capsules were prepared by taking placenta,Angelicae Sinensis and Peony as main components encapsulated with ?-cyclodextrin The content of paeoniflorin was determined by UV-spectrophotometry The linear range was 2～12?g/ml The average recovery was 99 95%(r=0 9 989)with a RSD of 1 43%(n=5) RESULTS & CONCLUSION:The formulation of compound Zigui capsules are rational,preparation technic being stable and the therapeutic effect on climacteric syndrome is satisfactory The quality control is simple,accurate and repeatable
