Abstract:
The ideological and political workers in hospitals are organizers and executors of the hospitals'moral construction. The changeability and plasticity of the moral personality of them make it possible to found their moral personalities.The function of the moral personalities of ideological and political workers in hospitals and the practical need for the structure of hospital's morality show clearly that it is necessary to found their moral personalityes.
