Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of acute physiology and chronic health evaluationⅡ ( APACHEⅡ) scoring system on evaluating the severity and prognosis in severe acute pancreatitis(SAP). Methods The APACHEⅡ scores were analyzed in 52 patients with SAP.
