Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To establish a TLCS method for detecting the contents of Ginsenoside Rg1 in Fuzhen oral liquid METHODS:After extraction,the samples were dripped on TLC plate,a mixture of chloroform,ethyl acetate,methanol and water(15∶40∶22∶10) was prepared and then stood below 10℃ The lower layer was used as developer An alcoholic solution of sulfuric acid(10%) was adopted as coloring agent Simple wavelength reflection sawtoothed scanning was performed ?=530nm RESULTS:Regression equation:y=1 468 8x-223 4,r=0 9 993,linear range was 1 2?g～6 0?g Average recovery was 98 8% and RSD=0 69% CONCLUSION:The method is simple,accurate and could be used to control the quality of Ginsenoside Rg1 in compound preparation
