Abstract:
AIM: To study the effect of ?-amyloid protein (?-AP) on the fluidity of mitochondrial membrance in hippocampus of the aging model of rats.METHODS: Based upon the model of aging rats induced by D-galactose (D-gal) and hippocampal microinfusion of ?-AP, the behaviors of rats were observed.
