Abstract:
Objective To study in vitro ICAM 1 and P selectin expressions of endothelial cells treated with sera from intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP). Methods HUVEC were cultured and stimulated with sera, and the expression of ICAM 1 and P selectin by flow cytometry were measured.
