Abstract:
Objective To study the activity of N acetylglucosaminyltransferase Ⅲ, Ⅳ and V in extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and its significance.Methods The activities of N acetylglucosaminyltransferase(GnT) Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ in extrahepatic bile duct carcinoma (EBDC) of 15 cases were determined by reverse phase HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography), and results were compared with benign biliary diseases in 15 cases.
