Abstract:
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the pharmacological effects of Piyangning. METHODS: To observe the pharmaco-- logical effects of Piyangning correlating with pharmacodynamics by the n1ethods of croton oil-induced ear acute inflammatory oedema, 2, 4-dinitrochlorobenzene(DNCB) induced delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH ) reaction in mice, and histamin--induced allergic pruritic tolerance in guinea pig, and bacteriostatic test in vitro.
