Abstract:
Objective To compare the effects of different dosage of esmolol on hemodynamics responses to tracheal extubation.Methods Fourty patients with ASAⅠ～Ⅱ were randomly divided into four groups.Group A as a control group,Group B,C and D received different dosage of esmolol.Postoperative patients of general anesthesia were commanded to open eyes,then received 5ml saline(Group A),esmolol 0 5mg?kg -1 (Group B),1 0mg?kg -1 (Group C) and 2 0mg?kg -1 (Group D) respectively.The changes in the HR,SBP and DBP before induction,after operation,during tracheal extubation and 1,3,5,10min after extubation were observed.Results After extubation,HR in Group A increased significantly(P
