Abstract:
Effects of Lu Jiao Fang on myocardial fibrosis and plasma aldosterone (ALD) content in the rat with increase of pressure - loading were investigated for approach to the machanism of anti - myocardial fibrosis. Left ventricular mass index(LVMI), myocardial collagen Ⅰ, Ⅱ Ⅲ and plasma ALD content were observed.
