Abstract:
Objective To investigate the association of two microsatellite mar kers, D17S784 and D17S928, with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Fluorescent multiple x PCR, genescaning and GenotypeTM software were employed to amplify the microsat ellite DNA markers and conduct genotyping.
