Abstract:
Objective To study the expression of ICAM 1 at gene transcription level in neonatal rats after hypoxic ischemic brain damage(HIBD). Method Intercellular adhesion molecule 1(ICAM 1) mRNA was detected in cortex of neonatal rats at different times after HIBD and control by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) technique.
