Abstract:
AIM: To explore the role of LOX1 in endothelial cellullar injury by ox-LDL. METHODS: The morphological changes of endothelial cells were observed with inverted phasecontrast microscope; tissue plasminogen activator(t-PA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1)activity were measured with chromogenix;LOX1 mRNA expression was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).
