Abstract:
To evaluate availability of permissive hypercapnia (PHC) in patients with severe acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). Method: To observe the influence of different tidal volumes (V_T) on pulmonary mechanics and hymodynamies in 10 patients with severe ARDS.
