Abstract:
It is necessary to deal with correctly the relationship beween "the big and small environment" in the earring out of medical moral construction enginerring. The experiences in Child Hospital in Shanghai city are as followings: (1) to chang the big envirionment and build good small envirionment, (2)to extend the influence of personality and airise effect ability of medical morals ; (3) to develop efficaciously medical moral education in diversified forms and ensure it by systems; (4) to encourage on mental and construct medical moral engineering; (5) to strengthen education in legal maters and arise the quality of health staff.
