Abstract:
Content: A Clinical Study was undertaken with 55 cases of endemic cretiism. The analy- sis showed the development and growth of children with endemic cretinism and subclinical cretinism were obviously lower than those of control group. The damage of pyramidal tract and pyramidal outer tract is specially serious in cretinism group. The subclinical cretinism children are the main factor to hinder the improvement of teaching quality in primary school.
