Abstract:
While varicocele were induced in Wistar rats, they were treated with Pan-axadiol Saponins (PDS) at the sametime. Three months after the begining of varicocele,LPO contents of testis and serum, testicular ACE activities and SOD levels were measured.The results showed that: In the varicocele group treated with Panaxadiol Saponins (VPG),the LPO contents of serum and bilateral testis were significantly lower than those ofvaricocele group (VG) (P
