Abstract:
Acute ligation of the bilateral common carotid artery and left vetebro-ar-tery resulted in an experimental incomplete cerebral ischemia in rabbits. It was consideredthat such experimental model could be used for studying the pathogenesis of brainischemia and the effect of experimtal therapy. 654-2 (anisodamine) was given at 30 and 60 min. after ischemia.
