Abstract:
This paper reports a case of synovial sarcoma situated near the left sternoclavicular joint.The histological pictures of the tumor showed that the malignant epithelioid cells were in the absolute majority as cancer.Through cell culture and heterotransplantation of the tumor in vitro and in vivo,the patient's tumor,the cultured cells and the heterotransplantation tumor were observed by light microscopy,electron microscopy and histochemical stan.The features of diphasic differentiation of synovial sarcoma were identified and expounded,and it is helpful to under- standing the features of all types of synovial sarcoma and making a correct diagnosis.
