Abstract:
In this experiment, it took the rat renal ischemic model with right nephrectomy and occlusion of the left renal pedical for 60 minutes. The effects of ischemia, reperfusion, allopurinol (AP) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) on this ischemic model were observed. The changes of serum creatine(Scr), renal coefficient(RC) and renal morphology were studied. In the reperfusion group which had sufferred from 60 minutes ischemia followed by 24 hours reperfusion, the Scr level was much higher than that in the pure isehemic group(P
