Abstract:
A rat model of renal ischemia (60 min) and reperfusion (30 min) was reproduced in our present studies. The lipid peroxide content, Na and K concentrations in the renal tissue homogenates were measured by the method of thiobarbituric acid reaction and by flamephotometer, respectively.
