Abstract:
Through the introduction of the first-class tertiary hospital in Shanghai,and on the premise of guarantee the quality of service,the cost control of outsourcing service enterprise is implemented.Through the optimization of cost framework and the adjustment of related content,the outsourcing service project cost is reasonablely decreased,and the clear,standard and controllable cost expend of hospital logistics outsourcing service items is realized.
