Abstract:
Persons engaged in scientific research are faced with the problems of scientific research fund management and tedious reimbursement formalities due to the increasingly standardized scientific research fund management.Construction of information platform for purchase of scientific research materials and application of electronic payment can increase the effect of using scientific research fund, assure the security of scientific research fund, and improve the service of scientific research materials purchase and management sectors by solving such problems.
