Abstract:
Objective Investigate the clinical effect of thyroid tablets combined with superior thyroid therapy in the treatment of hypothyroidism.Methods 90 patients with hypothyroidism were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random digit table,the control group was given Thyroid Tablets treatment,the observation group was treated with thyroid tablets combined with the use of left thyroid hormone tablets.To investigate the clinical efficacy of 1 groups of patients after two years of treatment,the main indicators of changes and adverse reactions,etc.Results After treatment,the total efficiency of the observation group 95.6% compared with the control group 82.2%,the difference was statistically significant (x2=1.995,P<0.05);the serum T3,T4 and TSH levels before treatment had changed significantly,there were statistically significant differences in the control group (tcontrol group=3.021,3.146,2.891,all P<0.01,tobservation group=2.984,2.915,3.422,all P<0.01),improved significantly better than the control group,T3,T4,TSH level in serum,the difference was statistically significant (t=3.683,4.266,2.999,all P<0.05);The adverse reactions of the two groups.There was no statistically significant difference (x2=0.192,P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of thyroid tablets and superior thyroid in the treatment of hypothyroidism can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve clinical efficacy,and the safety is better,has a larger clinical significance.
