Assessing the results of treatment of cervical erosion by cryosurgery

Abstract:
The study had been conducted in 85 patients aged from 22-49, who were diagnosed as cervical erosion to find out the effect of cryosurgery method. Results: this method was effective in treating cervical erosion; 80% of the patients recovered after the 1st time treatment and 20% in the 2 nd times. The percentage of the recovery related to diameter injuries. This method did not cause any serious complications but some light complications such as disordered menstruation (17.6%), menorrhagia (11.8%), backache or lower backache (5.9%), appendage inflammation (4.7%).
