Clinical effect of Chinese compound medicine lotion in flat wart

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of compound Chinese medicine lotion in the preparation room of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University on the patients with flat wart.Methods Confocal laser scanning microscopy and clinical diagnosis were used to collect 100 cases of flat warts from March 2013 to March 2015.The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group ( Chinese compound lotion) and the control group ( tretinoin cream) with 50 cases in each group.Self-made compound Chinese medicine lotion or Victoria A acid cream for 20 days, after the treatment, the curative effect and relapse rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group (94.0%) was significantly higher than the control group (76.0%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The relapse rate in the treatment group was 4.3%, significantly lower than that in the control group the rate was 28.9%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions Self-made Chinese compound lotion on flat wart patients have a good effect, and its curative effect on verruca plana is better than tretinoin.
