Abstract: This paper summarizes the application status of the Roy adaptation model in the process of nursing patients with cancer, during the perioperative phase, radiotherapy or chemotherapy period and the care phase of extending from hospital to the community. Through the analysis of existing problems, put forward corresponding countermeasures to provide reference for the application and improvement of this model.
