Abstract:
Objective:To explore the relationship among biochemical indexes and ECG features in patients with unsta‐ble angina pectoris (UAP) .Methods:A total of 130 UAP patients treated in our hospital from Jan 2014 to Jun 2014 were selected .According to presence of inverted T wave or not ,patients were divided into normal T wave group (n =53) and inverted T wave group (n=77);according to presence of elevated ST segment or not ,patients were di‐vided into normal ST segment group (n=66) and ST elevation group (n=64) .Levels of C reactive protein (CRP) , white blood cell count (WBC) ,cardiac troponin T (cTnT) ,creatine kinase isoenzyme MB (CK-MB) ,low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL‐C) ,blood uric acid (UA) and TIMI score were compared among all groups .Results:Compared with normal T wave group ,there were significant rise in levels of CRP [ (5.34 ± 1.02) mg/L vs .(9.79 ± 3.18) mg/L] ,WBC [ (8.42 ± 3.19) 109/L vs .(10.34 ± 2.46) 109/L] ,cTnT [ (0.11 ± 0.02)μg/L vs .(0.21 ± 0.04)μg/L] ,blood UA [ (3.98 ± 0.57)μmol/L vs .(4.72 ± 0.86)μmol/L] ,LDL‐C [ (321.52 ± 12.79) mmol/L vs .(357.83 ± 12.14) mmol/L] and TIMI score [ (2.66 ± 1.62) scores vs .(4.58 ± 2.31) scores] in inverted T wave group , P<0.01 all;compared with normal ST segment group ,there were significant rise in levels of CRP [ (6.38 ± 1.77) mg/L vs .(9.75 ± 2.56) mg/L] ,WBC [ (7.59 ± 2.08) 109/L vs .(9.43 ± 2.74) 109/L] ,cTnT [ (0.14 ± 0.03)μg/L vs .(0.23 ± 0.05) μg/L] ,blood UA [ (3.54 ± 0.52) μmol/L vs .(4.71 ± 0.76) μmol/L] ,LDL‐C [ (341.05 ± 12.01) mmol/L vs .(369.23 ± 11.57) mmol/L] and TIMI score [(2.78 ± 1.58) scores vs .(3.92 ± 2.14) scores] in ST elevation group , P<0.01 all .Conclusion:Inverted T wave and ST elevation on ECG are related to status of UAP .Evaluation of patient′s ECG can provide evidence for treatment .
