The clinical study of Danhong injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Danhong injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods 90 patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given edaravone treatment on the basis of conventional treatment,the observation group was treated with Danhong injection combined with edaravone treatment,the two groups were treated for 14 days.The changes of main physiological indices,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions etc.were observed.Results After treatment,in the two groups,the differences were statistically significant in the platelet aggregation and plasma viscosity compared with before treatment (t =4.412,4.215,3.984,4.608,all P ＜ 0.05),and the differences were statistically significant in the improvement of the observation group compared with the control group(t =5.553,4.436,all P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.9％,that of the control group was 68.9％,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (x2 =2.702,P ＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 15.6％,which in the control group was 17.8％,the difference was not statistically significant between the two groups (x2 =0.040,P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional therapy,Danhong injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,improve the clinical efficacy and has good safety and great clinical significance.
