Abstract: The scar tissue, resulting from aberrant process of wound healing , can bring about cosmetic deformeties and func-tional limitation, even the displacement of tissues and organs .The widely use of autologous fat graft in regenerative medicine offers a relatively new option for scar treatment .Lipofilling has improved symptoms and appearance of scars in several studies .The application , therapeutic effect and mechanism research of autologous fat graft for scar treatment are summarized in this paper .
