Abstract:
In GEYC medium self prepared in our laboratory, 30 deep-cryopreserved samples of human spermatozoa showed that the quality of preserved spermatozoa met the criteria of AATB. GEYC medium could be prepared at our laboratory with low cost and suitable to Vietnam’s conditions.
