Abstract:
Using the retrospective cohort study 0f 71 patients with molar pregnancy at Hai Phong Gynecology - Obstetric Hospital from 1/1999 to 12/2000. Average beta hCG level of patients with molar pregnancy was 510.240 mUL/ml. The patients with molar pregnancy < 8 weeks had the average beta hCG 76.516 mUL/ml, although in was not specific but this level was 10 times higher than that of normal pregnancy. The patients with molar pregnancy > 8 weeks had the highly specific beta hCG with more than 500.000 mUL/ml. Beta hCG level was related to uterus height
